Activity Programme

Our Activity programme aims to provide a range of activities in which young people can participate at various levels.  The programme is available to any of our affiliated clubs.

We encourage young people to attend events and competitions which enable them to meet other young people from other clubs. 

A selection of activities, some that are competitive, providing opportunities for participant’s to develop their playing and participation skills, against other young people from different areas within the UK . The programme provides many opportunities for participants to develop within their chosen sport or activity, in their age / gender group as an individual or as a member of a team. Additional training may be provided to further develop participant’s skill levels, knowledge and confidence.

The outcomes from these activities will be:

Develop playing and participation skills.

Participation certificates and trophies.

Opportunities for participants to develop within their chosen sport or activity.

Training to further develop participant’s skill levels, knowledge and confidence.

Opportunity to attend a residential break to further develop skills. 

Sessions: 

Taster sessions provided, so participants may trial different activities, enabling continued development and focused sessions for individuals.

Specialist activities provided with accreditation programmes linking with National sporting bodies

Activities could include five a side football, air rifle shooting, pool and fishing. 

Accredited Residential breaks, providing learning and development opportunities

How many sessions:

Sessions will be organised in localised areas.

Costs:

There will be a nominal entrance fee for individuals or teams ranging from £5 to £125.
